How We EAT
A weekly group for people who want to change something about the way they eat. In this group, we will play with different levels of motivation, track the process of change via sensations in the body, and offer each other support for making changes. Please see the flier under "Attachments" below for more information. Seeking Safety
This is a group for women who have experienced trauma. We will focus on establishing safety by building resources and skills. The group will not focus on what happened to you. You will not be asked to tell your story, nor hear others' stories. Instead, we will focus on having a fuller life by being present, finding compassion, and taking care of ourselves.
